Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation will be the beginning of a successful partnership between the homeowner, the real estate agent, and Design to Sell team. The consultation will start with an evaluation of existing conditions. From there, we will create a prioritized list of design recommendations aimed at maximizing the value of your property. At the end of your consultation, Design to Sell will provide a report summarizing the recommended Design Direction and Budget Target for your project.
With an initial consultation, Design to Sell can also create a tailored package of Design Services and/or Project Management Services depending on your specific needs.

Design Services

For Homeowners:Based on your initial consultation with Design to Sell, we will provide specific selections of materials and finishes, and create design sketches for your approval. Design to Sell will work with contractors and subcontractors on providing you with bids and estimates and help select the best implementation team for the job.
For Investors:Design Services are tailored for property investors seeking finishing, fitting, and design specification packages for individual projects or multi-unit programs. Design services for investors are focused on providing budget-conscious solutions, with a customized look and feel.
Staging Options:Design to Sell is available to coordinate staging services from local vendors by identifying the ideal staging company for your project and incorporating staging into your target budget.
Design to Sell also provides “Staging Light” services, which focus on the use of the client’s own furnishings. Design to Sell will style, declutter, and supplement with curated accessories. Initial consultation required.

Project Management
Property improvement projects are notorious for spiraling timelines, budgets, and scope. Project Management by Design to Sell will help ensure the smooth execution of your project, focusing on producing an on-time, and on-budget delivery. Project Management services will establish a schedule, track the project budget, coordinate on-site work and vendors, coordinate team meetings, and maintain quality control.
$85 Per Hour or Percentage of Total Remodel Contract
