Wash Park Pre-War Cottage
This 1920’s classic Denver home was prepared as a rental property after being the client’s home for 25 years. Design to Sell provided Design Services, Project Management, and Staging Services.
Original Living room and entryway with partitioned staircase.
Design to Sell removed the partition and replaced it with a railing to create lighter, more open feel.
Original living room niches.
Niches converted into built in bookshelves.
Original floors and baseboards.
Updated flooring and six inch baseboards replaced original carperting.
Original split-level countertops.
Single level countertops with a waterfall edge.
