Bonnie Jean Freda is the sole proprietor of Design To Sell and is embarking on a "Second Chapter" endeavor after 40 years of experience in Design, Project, and Program Management and leading project-specific teams to achieve stretch goals. She has proven experience managing budgets for small home improvements, and multi-million dollar programs. After completing an Interior Design Degree, Bonnie Jean worked in both commercial and residential aspects of the design and construction industries. As an Interior Design Instructor Bonnie Jean prepared aspiring designers to function successfully in a competitive professional environment. Her emphasis is on creating practical yet creative design solutions. Bonnie Jean maintains a philosophy of setting a strong design direction and leading a team in which input from the contractors and vendors is valued and respected. 

The mission of Design to Sell is to create a collaborative approach to accomplishing this objective: Achieve the creation of cost-effective salable properties that optimize the benefit to the property owner, and easing the potential pain along the way!
